My Children are My Smile

Zachary has been so busy! He never stops moving! We find out every day how SMART he is! That little booger knows his numbers (by sight, "Its a 9 momma" as well as sight recognition of his ABC's. He also knows most of the letter's sounds. We are going to have a SMARTY on our hands. People continue to doubt me when I tell them that he's only 1.5 years old! Often I find myself forgetting and getting frustrated when he acts his age!

His eyes used to be bright blue when he was born. Now they are hypocolor! You remember those shirts from the '80's or early 90's? His eyes change color depending on what he wears. If he wears brown, they look brown, green-green, blue-blue. If you look closely at his eyes, there are so many colors flecked throughout them. It's beautiful. . .I mean ruggedly handsome!

Ahhh the Trampolina. Loren and Zachary's favorite place to jump their energy out! What a great toy to have the kids use before Nap time!!!

Sweet girl! She is such a GIRL! She's already as temperamental as a 14 year old! One minute she can be so sweet your heart melts, the next she's got 3 time-outs at the gym day-care for hitting, snatching and throwing toys. Ugh. Again, people are amazed when I tell them that she's only 3.5. They ask all of the time when she starts Kindergarten. . .assuming she's 5. I guess she's pretty articulate! She loves to try out new words. For example she said today, "Mom, perhaps I would enjoy a dainty jump on the trampolina." She makes me laugh hole-heartedly! She is discovering God and loves to tell me about heaven. She'll often tell me that things go to their own separate heavens (Blueberries go to blueberry heaven when I eat them). We're still working on theology!

My Children. . .
My Heart. . .
My Smile!
